Arbitration and mediation offer that, but only when they are conducted by professionals fluent in both the process and the underlying engineering.

Jerry acts both as party counsel and advocate and as a neutral — dispute board member, arbitrator, mediator and amiable compositeur — in construction and commercial matters. He has written and spoken on the techniques that make technical disputes resolvable, including concurrent expert testimony, and he brings the same evidence-first sensibility whether he is advocating for a client or deciding a case.
